My husband and I had our wedding reception at Bella Vista this past Friday and I can’t say enough wonderful things... about everyone and everything there; they truly deserve more than 5 stars. We booked them in January 2021 and from the second we walked in there, Anthony treated us like family. The weeks leading up to our wedding we had spoken with and met with the GM, Daniel, and he made sure we got exactly what we wanted for our special day and made every accommodation we asked for and never made us feel that we were asking for anything too much. Our bridal attendant was Marcella, she took us to all the good spots for pictures on the course and made sure we were fed and had drinks. And our maitre d, Rosanne is a literal angel. She helped us set everything up the day before and made sure our vision came to life. She wrote down all of the special meals we needed for our guests with allergies and made sure to hand deliver those meals the night of our wedding. She made sure we got the exact cake we wanted and she is just such a kind and dedicated person. She made us feel like family and the welcoming energy of everyone there was incredible. Our guests were raving about the venue; the decor, the vibe, the food, the staff. Bella Vista is a true hidden gem and I can’t wait to come back for our next event. We held a wedding rehearsal luncheon at Bella Vista this weekend, and I simply cannot rave highly enough about every... aspect of the event. The service was top-notch, the venue is gorgeous, the presentation was spectacular, and the food was absolutely scrumptious. There was not a single detail that was overlooked, and every guest who attended was going on and on about how perfect everything was and how the rehearsal luncheon was nicer than most weddings they have attended. The room was the perfect setting - intimate, but large enough to accommodate our party. We had access to the outdoor patio, which was really a treat on a beautiful summer afternoon. Every member of the staff went above and beyond to ensure that we had the best possible experience. I wish we could do it all over again next weekend because it truly exceeded my expectations in every regard. I HIGHLY recommend hosting a celebratory moment here - and I hope I have the opportunity to do so again for my family again in the near future!read more

Everything went extremely well for our event. Dan was a pleasure to work with prior to the event and the day off. The ... staff and service they provided was exceptional. Food was good and they were able to set up the buffet in another room to provide more space for the guests. All the kids and adults that attended loved the place. My wife and I hosted our Daughters baptism in the Vista Room. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Guests enjoyed... the food. (We had never eaten here so that was great to hear.) Daniel is a very professional manager that made us feel very comfortable. During the event, the bartender and wait staff were always there to help out with whatever we needed. Whoever set up the room did a wonderful job adding wonderful little touches on the tables and near the cake. We would gladly use Bella Vista in the future for our events. Anthony and his staff are amazing. We recently had a party at the new Chef's Table. The entire process was first class,... with Joe and Tim working on every detail to ensure we had a great evening. The food is delicious, the portions abundant, the ambience is modern and elegant, the pricing is fair and I'd be remiss not to mention the amazing service we received then, and always, from James and Jared.**UPDATE**We recently had a First Holy Communion in the Vista Lounge. As always, Anthony and his team went above and beyond to accommodate requests and ensure our family and friends had a wonderful time. Daniel and James are terrific managers. Bella Vista!! So true to its name, what a beautiful, warm, absolutely amazing experience we had!! From the moment we... were picked up in the limo driven by super friendly, warm man who made us feel super welcome to the moment we drove up to the doors of this gorgeous country club! Greeted by welcoming staff who made us feel like we were in the most luxurious, hospitable, warm home! Our 35th wedding anniversary was made so so special in this lovely venue! The ambiance, the food, the drinks…I honestly cannot say enough wonderful things about this place! Wonderful and welcoming beyond anything I’ve ever experienced before!! We hosted our daughter’s “Winter Wonderland” Sweet 16 at Bella Vista. Every aspect of this venue is simply beautiful. ... The Excelsior room was extraordinary and very spacious but nothing beats the ambiance of the place. The food was amazing and the service was even better, including the staff. Roseanne and Daniel went above and beyond to make this a special birthday for our daughter. Anthony, the owner was very gracious and really made us feel like family. We recently had a fantastic dinner for 25 close friends and family at Bella Vista to celebrate our kids' Confirmation.... The service was amazing, the food was delicious and everyone commented on what a beautiful venue we chose. There was never really a choice to be made - we had our kids' Communion there 7-8 years ago as well, so it made perfect sense for us to have Bella Vista cover yet another sacrament for our family! We recently hosted our wedding at Bella Vista and had an amazing experience! Daniel was extremely helpful and thorough... and walked us through every step of planning out our big day. The venue is beautiful and the grounds were perfect for our pictures! I really enjoyed using the bridal suite with friends and family to get ready in and hang out in beforehand. Roseanne, our bridal attendant, was extremely helpful and attentive throughout the whole day. We hosted our ceremony in the vista room and it was perfect! Our reception took place in the open air pavilion and it looked beautiful and charming, and was very spacious for our guests. We enjoyed all of our food and drinks, and especially the atmosphere. SPECTACULAR!!! We just had my husband’s Retirement Party at the Pavilion and it was outstanding, from food to service!!... The Cocktail and Viennese Hour were both lavish and delicious. The staff was most attentive from start to finish, Roe & Gail thanks for allowing me to relax and enjoy the party!! I hosted a surprise retirement party for my mom here and everything was spectacular from the details to the service.... From set-up to clean-up, the wait staff was hands on and helped me do everything. Jessica, the director, was so helpful and accommodated my every need. The chefs happily made one of the entrees gluten free and it was not a big issue or extra money or anything. I felt so accommodated as the host of the event. Someone was always by my side asking if I needed another drink or anything else. I would definitely have another event here in the future.read more

Every member of your staff treated us like family. Jessica & Gail have gone above and beyond in preparing a memorable event. Celebrated my soon to be daughter-in-law's bridal shower at Bella Vista on June 13, 2021 What can I say....the room... looked beautiful. Jessica helped me with the planning of the shower and all of the details. She didn't miss a thing. She was very helpful and if I did have to contact her with a question, she was very prompt with a response. Now the real stars of the party were my party servers, Gail, Marcella, Alexis, Roseann and James. All were very attentive. They knew what I needed before I even asked. The party was flawless. The food was amazing and abundant. Trays were full at all times. Cake amazing, sangria yummy. Need I say more? Will definitely recommend to all my friends and family who may be hosting an occasion to celebrate at The Bella Vista Country Club, they will not be disappointed. Great job !read more

We had our son's Confirmation dinner last week at Bella Vista and we couldn't thank Anthony, Jessica, Tom and the Bella... I joined Bella Vista CC last week as a full member and totally enjoyed my very first round of golf this week. The golf... course is a gem, at 6000 yards it is probably one of the more challenging courses I ever played with its narrow fairways, small undulating greens, and difficult pin placements. The staff couldn’t be more accommodating and friendly from the moment you arrive. Food is exceptional, the bar is all top shelf. Bella Vista CC is the greatest find in Monmouth County.read more

The owner Anthony is one of if not the Nicest Guys I've ever met. There wasnt a Member that walked past him without... Anthony greeting them with a hello and a Big smile and like wise. You can tell everyone loves that guy, can't say enough about him. The golf course was Beautiful and the golf carts have the most comfortable seats. I had my daughter's bridal shower @ Bella Vista Country Club.I had to change the original date. Everyone was... accommodating. Joe was very helpful with food testing and helping organizing everything the way I wanted. Tom was so accommodating in many ways with setting up the hall and in giving me enough time to decorate. The food service staff was extremely nice, friendly and professional.The place is huge, has a lot of potential if you like to decorate well. All my guests had a good time. The absolute best. We had my baby shower over the summer on the gorgeous outdoor pavilion. The staff was beyond... accommodating and professional, especially in these trying times with Covid. The space was impeccable and worked perfectly so all of our guests felt safe and comfortable being able to social distance yet still appreciate the beautiful grounds and food that was out of this world. Anything we needed from moving tables to helping decorate to helping pack our cars the staff was there and made the whole occasion so much more enjoyable. One of our guests was so impressed they decided to have their political event there the following month. If you haven’t been here, I highly recommend you check it out and rest assured knowing that Anthony and his staff go above and beyond to help make any occasion you have truly special. This place is nothing short of amazing. I had to change my original venue and luckily came across this gem. I am... honestly shocked that this isn’t the number 1 outdoor venue in NJ. It's difficult to find the words when trying to thank the Bella Vista Country Club. They very literally saved our... wedding. After our original venue cancelled two months before our big day, Bella Vista welcomed us with open arms. Tom Roberts and Joe Martinez made us feel like family. They took the reins and helped our vendors transform their open air pavilion into the most breathtaking venue you could possibly imagine. The grounds are picture perfect. We just had a wonderful graduation party at Bella Vista Country Club's beautiful open-to air pavilion. The event was... really a tremendous success and enjoyed by all. I particularly appreciated the quality of food which was solid from appetizers to main courses as noted by many of our guests. But I wanted to focus particularly on the incredible service aspect of the evening. From the owner (Anthony) on down, it was clear that what mattered most to them was that the evening was a great success and that everyone would be pleased and satisfied. They achieved this by allotting proper number of personnel which is routinely under-allocated at many catering places to save money. Tom, the banquet manager, was hands on throughout the process and went beyond what would be expected to make the evening memorable. The best thing we could say about any place that we patronize would be that we would do it again at the same venue and we would most definitely plan another event at Bella Vista !! We had a great experience for my mom’s 85th birthday party at Bella Vista. My mom grew up on Mulberry St in Little... Italy and our whole family knows good Italian food. I’ll just say the food was top notch...even did a traditional Italian Sunday sauce for us with the meatballs, sausage and braciole. It all was exceptional. Anthony thank you again for your accommodation on Friday for our annual Holiday Dinner. We all had a wonderful time... and my staff really enjoyed it. The food was excellent. Also your chef Joe is a really great kid. You can see he really loves what he does and is passionate about making sure the customers are happy and enjoying themselves. A Sweet 16 turned into a fairy tale my daughter will never forget. Anthony and Joe I can't thank you enough. You were... so easy to talk to and knew just what my daughter wanted down to the smallest detail. My daughter was treated like a princess by all the staff. On July 5, 2019, we had our wedding ceremony and reception in the Pavilion at BVCC. Anthony, Tom and the staff did an... amazing job focusing on every detail we discussed with them ahead of time (and they thought of details we hadn't) to make the day perfect for us, our children, our family, and our guests. We couldn't imagine having our special day anywhere else. It was truly magical and fun with no stress because of the wonderful attention we received. The room looked lovely, the food was fabulous, and the staff couldn't have been more attentive or helpful. Tom was constantly asking if I needed anything and Gail was just a delight. I hosted my son and daughter-in-laws baby shower at Anthony's Bella Vista Country Club and all I can say is WOW! ... Anthony and his staff went above and beyond to make this day so perfect. All who attended commented, not only on what a beautiful venue it was, but on the courtesy of the staff (they are incredible) and how wonderful all the food was! This is my 4th event hosted at this Country Club and I could think of no place more perfect to host any special event that I want lasting memories of. The Marlboro location was convenient, the staff were friendly and accommodating, and the food was excellent and nicely... presented. The Country Club had the right balance of friendliness and efficiency. The cocktail hour was held on the outdoor terrace and owner Anthony Beshara and his staff delivered impeccable service.
