After choosing Bella Vista Country Club we will set up an appointment & begin the process of the details which will include the following:
- Date – Time – Format – Number of Golfers
- Choosing additional club enhancements
- Meeting with our PGA Pro
- Signing of contract with A $1000.00 Non Refundable Deposit To Secure your Date

Payment Schedules - Organizers Responsibilities - Event Execution
- Foursome List & Final Golfer Count: Due (5) Days Prior to Event By fax or Email

- Final payment for tournament (1) Week Prior to Event
- All Charges incurred the day of the event must be paid by credit card at the conclusion
