We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may contact us for a full refund, store credit, or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our refund/cancellation policy:
Please contact [email protected] for refund requests. Please allow at least five (5) days from the receipt of your email to process your refund or exchange.
Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your refund has been processed.
Users may cancel memberships at any time by emailing [email protected]. Your membership shall continue until the end of the existing membership period and shall terminate at the completion of that period. You shall not be charged after a cancellation.
Membership cancellations received within 14 days of registration may be eligible to receive a full refund (excluding service fee). Cancellations will be accepted via phone or e-mail. In addition:
Requests for refunds must be made by the member or cardholder.
Members must provide their name and/or transaction number when requesting a refund.
Credit cards used for the original purchase will be credited with refunds.
All benefits and incentives received by the member must be canceled and returned to the Bella Vista Country Club.
All BVCC memberships are subject to these policies unless stated otherwise in the corresponding program materials. Please read all individual membership information thoroughly.
