Golf Membership Benefits at Bella Vista: Full, Weekday, Casual

Golf membership benefits are the golf and clubhouse privileges you actually use after you join: tee-time access, practice, bag service, dining, events, and who else in the household can play. The phrase is often sold as a lifestyle. At Bella Vista Country Club in Marlboro, New Jersey, Full, Weekday, and Casual plans do not buy the same week.

This post is the golf-and-operations companion to membership benefits lifestyle. Read that for atmosphere. Read this for what changes when you pick unlimited golf versus weekday golf versus pay-when-you-play. Current 2026 names and fees live on membership. Confirm them with the club. This article does not restate fees.

What golf membership benefits means here

A private-club golf membership is a bundle of rights. At Bella Vista the published bundle usually includes some mix of access to an 18-hole private course (Par 70, 5,923 yards on the course tour), tee-time windows that differ by plan, driving-range and putting-green use with pro-shop check-in, bag and locker service on golf-oriented plans, dining and club events, and optional dependents on Full and Weekday copy.

The club is at 100 School Road East, Marlboro, NJ 07746, Monmouth County. Call 732-308-4600. Founded in 1995 and owned and operated by the Beshara family. Published facilities are golf, practice, dining, events, lockers, and instruction — not tennis, a pool, pickleball, a fitness center, or a golf simulator. Closed Mondays.

Unlimited golf: Full membership

Full membership is written for golfers who want a home course, including peak weekends. Live copy lists:

  • Unlimited golf
  • Exclusive weekday and weekend early tee times Tuesday through Sunday
  • Unlimited range and putting green
  • Bag-drop greeting, club and shoe cleaning
  • VIP reservations for dining and club events
  • A club charge account

Advance tee times are still required. Proper golf attire is mandatory. Members and guests must check in to use the putting green and driving range.

Full copy also describes optional dependent golf, club, and restaurant privileges for a spouse, significant other, or children under 21 at the same address (verification required). Ask the club how dependents are added for 2026.

Weekday membership: midweek unlimited

Weekday membership keeps the same clubhouse stack and concentrates golf on the workweek:

  • Unlimited weekday golf
  • Early tee times Tuesday through Friday
  • Six weekend rounds at prevailing green fees
  • Unlimited range and putting green
  • The same bag-drop, cleaning, VIP dining, and charge-account list as Full
  • The same dependent language (spouse / significant other / children under 21, same address)

It is not “almost Full.” Weekend access is capped at six rounds at green-fee rates. Confirm how those six are booked.

Casual play: limited golf, social year-round

Casual Golfer is pay-when-you-play for people who play about 20 rounds a year and still want restaurant, lounge, and club social events. Copy lists prepaid member cart fees, rounds at tee-time rates, golf Tuesday–Sunday, limited range and putting-green use, club cleaning, and guests always welcome.

Tee windows differ on purpose. Published Casual starts are 7:30 a.m. Tuesday–Thursday and 10:30 a.m. Friday–Saturday–Sunday. Early weekend times are a Full benefit (and, on weekdays, a Weekday benefit). If Saturday at 8 a.m. is why you are joining, Casual is the wrong comparison.

Casual Golfer Introductory sits on the same page: no dues, no food minimums, no commitments, pay only when you play, with a similar limited-round structure plus holiday tournaments, lockers, and VIP restaurant and holiday reservations. Treat the two Casual blocks as inventory to confirm, not as two products a blog can price. Dining-and-lifestyle shoppers often mean this path: social membership at a country club. It is not a zero-golf SKU.

Learn-to-play: Swing Away

Swing Away is listed as a gift for the new golfer and is designed for men, ladies, and juniors to learn with the club’s PGA professionals. Published inclusions: a full set of clubs and golf bag, a personalized bag tag, four half-hour lessons, six rounds, bag storage, driving-range use, seasonal club membership, and dining privileges. That is a defined package, not unlimited golf. Juniors are named here and in Casual; there is no published standalone junior-only price list. Family path: junior golf membership.

Practice, instruction, and bag service

Before the first tee: a driving range and putting / warm-up green, with check-in at the pro shop. The homepage puts two PGA professionals on staff; lessons are listed for men, women, and young adults, plus club fittings, equipment, and apparel. Practice details: driving range in NJ.

Full and Weekday add bag-drop greeting and club and shoe cleaning. Swing Away lists bag storage. Men’s and ladies’ locker facilities with showers and dressing rooms appear on the amenity list. Hours are on contact; confirm them before you drive.

Clubhouse benefits on the same card

The clubhouse is about 22,000 square feet, with fine dining, a grill, indoor and outdoor seating, private rooms, and a liquor license. Full and Weekday advertise VIP reservations; Casual lists restaurant, lounge, and social events. Book through dining reservations.

The calendar includes men’s and women’s tournaments, holiday events, bocce, a men’s doubles league, and Fore Women Only / Sipp & Swing. Hosts use an event pavilion the homepage says can hold up to 300 guests, the Excelsior Room up to 250 on catering, and a Chef’s Table in the Crystal Room for 8–24 guests (reservations seven days in advance). Facility inventory: country club amenities.

Match benefits to how you play

  • Most weeks, including early weekends: Full
  • Mostly Tuesday–Friday, plus a few weekend rounds: Weekday
  • About 20 rounds, plus dinner and events: Casual Golfer
  • Still learning, including juniors: Swing Away

The live membership page currently shows duplicate, conflicting Full and Weekday figures, and Casual versus Introductory numbers that do not match. Call 732-308-4600 and ask Anthony Beshara for a trial tee time, facility tour, and membership discussion. Then apply at membership-application. Sequence: how to join a country club. No published sponsor requirement.
